I heard first time about Hilton Bandung from my friends and family. Hilton... The name alone stands for excellence, world class luxury and relaxation. I didn't doubt it.
When my wife and I first walked into the hotel lobby, it was beautiful. The ambience and the decorations were stunning. Plus, the location was just perfect; within the walking distance to the Paskal Food Market (we love food!).
What do we like the most from the facilities/product?
I booked a short stay at Hilton Bandung on September 7th to celebrate my wife's birthday. And wow, it was an unforgettable experience. The room, the swimming pool and the breakfast were all beyond our expectations. The spa and sauna were wondrous.
But, what we loved the most from Hilton Bandung was; the staff were really cared about us!
They made sure that we were comfortable and that we had what we needed. To our surprise, they even brought a birthday cake for my wife! You can't beat that superb quality service.
Overall, we were pampered from the moment we walked in, until the moment we left the hotel. We would definitely recommend anyone to stay at Hilton Bandung.
